HarbourWatch
Year
April 2026
Address
2 Murray St, Sydney NSW 2009
HarbourWatch draws on the character of Sydney’s working harbour and the traditional architecture of its waterfront buildings.
Beautiful timber joinery wraps the dining room, forming wainscotting along the walls and extending into traditional timber cornices. These details reference the craftsmanship of old Sydney heritage buildings and working harbour pavilions, giving the space a sense of familiarity and permanence.
The palette is deliberately neutral and restrained. Timber, warm neutrals and traditional detailing give the room an almost 1980s–90s Sydney sensibility — polished and nostalgic, without feeling overly styled.
